Packages include food, chaffing dishes, buffet linens (poly-cotton), serving wares, set-up, and breakdown. Minimum of 2 hours set-up is required. Chinaware, silverware, glassware, guest table linens and other upgrades can be added as an option. Lechon, roastbeef, fruit platter and other food items can be added with charges. Additional party trays with or without setup can be added with charges. No guarantee if guests exceed reservation. A 15% service charge is applicable for Peninsula locations, and 17% for East Bay locations. Cancellation fees are applicable.
